DAMON DOE, PARTNER
 Damon Doe has been a lending professional for over 17 years. In addition to his duties as a principal of Montage, Damon serves as Senior Vice President of United American Bank (ticker: UABK.OB) of San Mateo, CA, a 3 year old Bay Area bank targeting small to medium sized business clients. Prior to United American, Damon served 2 years as Executive Vice President at Legacy Bank, N.A. of Campbell, CA. In 1997, Damon co-founded and served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Sand Hill Capital, a $150 million venture debt and equity fund (which specialized in bridge loans) located in Menlo Park, CA. Prior to Sand Hill, Damon financed early-stage and middle market technology companies at Silicon Valley Bank and Bank of the West. Some of Damon’s past clients include: Looksmart, CommerceOne, Atom Films, VerticalNet, UpShot, and many others.

 Michael Rose has been a financial professional for over 15 years, with experience in venture lending, corporate finance, investment banking and equity investing. In addition to managing Montage Capital, Michael holds the position of Senior Vice President at United American Bank (ticker: UABK.OB), a top quartile-performing business bank headquartered in San Mateo, CA. Prior to United American, he was Senior Vice President of Legacy Bank, N.A. of Campbell, CA. Michael also spent over 8 years at SVB Financial Group (ticker: SIVB), most recently as Senior Vice President and Director of the Venture Capital Group. In this position, he managed the bank’s $56 million direct equity fund (Silicon Valley BancVentures, LLP), which invested alongside top tier venture capital funds. He also managed the VentureConnect program, which linked entrepreneurs seeking equity capital with venture capitalists. During his tenure at SVB, Michael also co-founded the bank’s Corporate Finance Group, and served as Vice President in the Semiconductor Lending Practice. Some of Michael’s past clients include: Striva Corporation, 3Dfx Interactive, SanDisk, Integrated Sensor Solutions, Spectrian, I.P.A.C., Sandcraft and Harmonic Lightwaves. Michael started his career as one of the first 10 employees of Meta-Software, a Silicon Valley-based provider of Electronic Design Automation software tools. Meta-Software achieved its initial public offering in November 1995, and was acquired by Avant! (now Synopsis) in the subsequent year.
