By use of the Restricted Website you agree that the information relating to Montage Capital Funds in which you are not a limited partner is subject to the same confidentiality restrictions that apply to you as a limited partner in any of the Montage Capital Funds. The information contained in the website may not be reproduced or redistributed in any manner unless expressly permitted by the partnership agreement of the applicable Montage Capital Fund or as otherwise agreed to by Montage.
